Is it about an article that is delivered broken, or is your item broken within 14 days after delivery? Then follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the following repair form as fully as possible and click send. You will then receive the form filled in in your mailbox. 
  2. Print this form. 
  3. Pack the defective article poperly and securely. 
  4. Add the printed repair form and a copy of the purchase invoice. 
  5. Offer the defective item for repair to send it to:

As soon as we receive the product, we will send a confirmation by email. Keep in mind that the completion of a repair on average takes 4 weeks!

Repair within warranty period

On all new items in the range of Kabelpecialist you are entitled to a standard 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Within this warranty period, we will arrange all necessary steps to restore your purchase. You do not have to worry about research, transportation or repair costs.

However, there are a number of claims that are excluded from warranty:

  • Shock and damage 
  • Moisture or water damage 
  • Damage caused by improper use
